Cécile Falcon comes from a French family of theatre actors. She has chosen to devote her life to the transmission of her theatrical passion with the idea that “All the world’s a stage”, as Shakespeare puts it. Her aim is to create links between different worlds: academic, artistic, economic, and even military.
Her academic path led her from the École normale supérieure in Paris and the Political Institute of Paris, which she graduated from, to the “agrégation” (French competitive examination) in Modern Literature and a PhD in Performance studies. While she was following this path, she was at the same time assistant to different stage directors at the French National Theatre “Comedie Francaise” and other famous Parisian playhouses.
In 2012, she became Professor of Performance Studies at the French National Conservatory for Dramatic Arts. She then decided to enlarge her activities and open her artistic practice to the economic world.
Since 2013, she has delivered public speaking programs in Europe, Africa, Russia, China, Dubaï to more than 3000 high-level executives (Atelier Cologne - L’Oréal Luxe, International Flavor and Fragrances…), engineers and researchers (Saint-Gobain, Schneider Electric…), members of the National Board of Certified Public Accountants, top managers of small and medium enterprises .…
En 2016,she became Professor of Eloquence and Rhetoric at the French College of War.
In 2017, she started coaching political leaders of the French Government and of the French Parliament.
In 2018, she started coaching students of the “Power and Influence” course in the MBA program at Harvard Business School and at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
